  I had the 8oz barrel cut Angus filet and the 212 cocktail which was similar to a Manhattan, but dry. So good, especially the pairing, that I found myself closing my eyes many times to enjoy the perfect bite of the filet and sides while I washed it down with the Rye Whiskey cocktail; the ambiance of the live acoustic guitar renderered a mix of flamenco with an American flavor, made the experience of dining at The Chophouse this evening a five-star experience.

  Oh my God, Foodgasim sums it up. Chef Matt Hagel is fantastic. Better than high end Miami - South Beach cuisine. Owner-manager Kim made us feel at home. Excellent staff and service, great ambiance. The paring menu is unparalleled. We will be back.
